STEP 2:

PROVIDE US DETAILS OF RENTAL

What are you looking for? - Are you looking for a wheelchair, scooter, knee walker, rollator, hospital bed, or lift chair? We can help you with your durable medical equipment rental needs. If you don't see what you're looking for just ask us and we may be able to get it for you. 

Who is it for? - Will this product be for yourself or a family member or friend? We'd need height and weight of the user.

Where? - Where will you be using the equipment? Will you use it in the home, while traveling, hotel stays, doctors visits, etc.? This information helps us better direct you to the right product to meet your needs.

When? - How soon do you need equipment? We'd prefer two business days to meet your needs however at times we have exactly what you need available for local pickup during normal business hours. 

How long? - Choose between daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.

Delivery needed? - You can pick up equipment from our retail storefront however we can deliver for an additional delivery fee. Please provide at least two business days when arranging for an equipment rental. 

 


Step 3:

MAKE RESERVATION

Make payment to reserve your rental - Payment is required to reserve your rental. Your rental begins on the day you receive equipment. 

Payment Types - We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Deposits are required when renting equipment. 

 

 


STEP 4:

USE EQUIPMENT

Pick it up - Once equipment is booked in advance you can pick up at our office during normal business hours. 

Have it delivered - Delivery is available and fee includes delivery, assembly, explanation of operation, and includes the pickup of equipment.

If it's your residence make sure someone is available to accept it. We also deliver to hotels so that your equipment is available for your arrival. 

Enjoy it - Enjoy getting around on your scooter. They are tested and fully charged. Whatever equipment you chose we hope that it made your days go a little smoother. 


Step 5:

Return it

 

Return to us - If equipment was picked up from our store you will return it to us when you are finished. 

Arrange pick-up - If equipment was delivered to your residence you will need to arrange pickup and make sure someone is available to meet our driver. If it was a hotel delivery you can leave equipment with the hotel bell desk.
